Regional Service Assurance Manager – Data Centre Operations

About the role

The Regional Service Assurance Manager will lead the Service Assurance team for Group Data Centre Operations across Southeast and Northeast Asia. You will ensure compliance with international standards, drive continuous improvement of operational processes, and support automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits for ISO 27001, ISO 20000‑1, ISO 22301 and ISO 50001, prepare reports and follow‑up on findings.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies to achieve and maintain ISO certifications.
• Monitor and improve incident, change and problem management KPIs.
• Assess and enhance physical security controls across data centre sites.
• Support the setup and maintenance of ISMS, BCMS and SMS management systems.
• Document operational policies, processes, manuals and SOPs for regional consistency.
• Drive automation of processes and performance reporting using IT tools.
• Provide training and coaching on audit requirements to operations teams.
• Participate in service‑assurance projects and any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a data‑centre environment.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑centre or critical‑environment operations and ITSM processes.
• ISO Lead/Internal Auditor certification for at least one of the listed standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑cultural communication skills; bilingual English and a Southeast Asian language is preferred.
