Regulatory Assurance Consultant

About the role

Join our Regulatory Assurance team to deliver independent compliance reviews for financial services clients. You will help organisations meet Singapore’s regulatory requirements and strengthen their internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regulatory assurance and compliance reviews for banking, capital markets and payment services clients.
• Conduct audits, identify gaps, and recommend practical remediation solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, including AML requirements.
• Support the design, development and implementation of robust regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Develop monitoring programmes, carry out compliance testing and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in secondment opportunities to gain hands‑on experience with client operations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of banking, capital markets or payment services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Law or a related field.
• Strong academic record and consistent performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Interest in risk, controls, fintech and the broader financial services sector.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively.
