Fundraising Adviser – Investor Relations & Capital Formation

About the role

This entrepreneurial position will shape and execute the firm’s investor‑relations and capital‑formation strategy. You will have genuine scope to define how fundraising is conducted and the opportunity to grow the role into a senior function as the company matures.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network of qualified investors to secure substantive meetings.
• Manage the full investor lifecycle—from introduction and first meeting through diligence, documentation, and closing.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s overall approach to investor relations and capital formation.
• Maintain rigorous standards of conduct, record‑keeping, and discretion throughout the process.

Required profile

• Demonstrable network of accredited investors or qualified institutional buyers with a proven track record of converting relationships into meetings.
• Experience with private‑equity, secondary markets, and offshore investment capacity.
• Willingness and ability to satisfy AML/KYC, “fit and proper” assessments, and background checks for both introduced relationships and yourself.
• Based in Singapore with the legal right to work locally; the firm cannot sponsor visas.
• Self‑directed, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with fast‑paced timelines.
