Senior/Assistant Manager – Subvention & Pricing

About the role

Join the Subvention & Pricing team at SingHealth Community Hospitals as a Senior/Assistant Manager. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding financial sustainability by delivering insightful reports, supporting pricing frameworks, and partnering with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports to the Ministry of Health, identifying opportunities to improve financial sustainability.
• Support the implementation of subvention frameworks and provide financial analytics for dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to cost services and contribute to the national costing guidelines exercise.
• Lead cost‑benefit analyses for patient billing services and conduct regular fee reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
• Assist in negotiating patient billing rates within service level agreements.
• Act as a business partner to various departments, offering financial guidance and ownership of the costing system.
• Drive continuous improvement of subvention and pricing processes and participate in cross‑departmental projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA) preferred.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
