Relationship Management Associate – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Management Associate to join our financial services team in Singapore. In this entry‑level position you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, support planning discussions and gain exposure to wealth solutions and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial needs, priorities and long‑term goals.
• Support financial planning and needs‑analysis discussions.
• Introduce relevant financial solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct regular client follow‑ups and relationship reviews.
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation and servicing matters.
• Develop new client relationships through networking and outreach activities.
• Stay updated on financial products, market developments and industry trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder; fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence interacting with diverse people.
• Interest in financial services, wealth management or financial planning.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, goal‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
