Relationship Manager – Korean Market

About the role

The Relationship Manager will work in the Retail Services department to drive growth in the Korean market by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. You will manage the end‑to‑end conversion and retention experience for Korean‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conversion performance for the Korean‑speaking market, increasing NTC conversion rates.
• Proactively engage all leads early to improve engagement and drive high‑quality conversions that lead to second deposits and active trading.
• Handle client complaints according to internal policies and provide compliance‑approved responses.
• Assist first‑time traders with registration, verification, deposits, and platform usage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance onboarding and overall customer lifetime experience.
• Manage retention and churn performance, re‑activate dormant customers, and work with marketing on campaigns to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.

Required profile

• Native Korean speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales or telesales (B2C preferred).
• Working knowledge of financial markets and trading, or a strong passion for FX, CFD, and crypto trading.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
