Reliability & Maintenance Engineer, Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to join our Supply Chain Management team, supporting repair and maintenance procurement across our semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management and ensuring continuity of critical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for repair and maintenance requirements across CMP, CVD, PVD, FUR, IMP, WET and ETCH modules.
• Collaborate with module owners to understand specifications, demand and supply needs.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify and onboard new suppliers to maintain supply continuity and competitive pricing.
• Conduct RFQs, RFPs, supplier benchmarking and commercial evaluations.
• Lead price negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Develop sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and reduce single‑source dependency.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively address potential procurement risks.
• Work closely with engineering, finance, quality and other cross‑functional teams to ensure timely procurement.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment or repair & maintenance procurement is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
