Repair & Warranty Specialist – Airbus Channel

About the role

The Repair & Warranty Specialist will act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of Airbus customers, managing repair, lease, exchange and warranty activities. The role ensures timely, high‑quality service delivery while meeting Satair’s performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for assigned customers, handling all inquiries related to repair, lease, exchange and commercial matters.
• Evaluate customer issues, coordinate solutions across internal departments and external partners, and define optimal service options.
• Track and report key performance indicators, producing detailed activity reports for customers and management.
• Initiate and follow up with repair stations to ensure contractual shop processing and turnaround times are met.
• Issue and manage repair and warranty orders, keeping customers updated on status.
• Maintain accurate customer records in relevant systems and drive first‑level escalations when needed.
• Participate in regular account meetings with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market and competitor activity that could affect Satair’s competitiveness.

Required profile

• Diploma; degree in Aeronautics or Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer order management, supply chain or after‑sales support.
• Good knowledge of repair management and after‑sales supply chain processes.
• Understanding of export control basics and maintenance‑oriented airworthiness rules.
• Strong analytical, numeracy and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Business acumen with negotiation skills and awareness of customer expectations.
