About the role
The School of Social Sciences at NTU seeks a Research Associate to support interdisciplinary projects in psychology. Working under the supervision of principal investigators, you will help drive high‑impact research that informs policy and practice.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate participant recruitment and data collection across settings such as preschools, hospitals, and laboratories.
- Manage study execution, supervise research assistants and students, and keep project timelines on track.
- Handle data cleaning, coding, and basic analysis while ensuring compliance with ethical and institutional standards.
- Assist in preparing manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals and support conference presentation materials.
- Contribute to grant reporting and other administrative research tasks.
Required profile
- Degree in psychology or a related social science field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience conducting research with human participants, especially children or families.
- Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites and schedules.
