About the role
The Singapore Institute of Technology is developing an evidence‑informed arts and wellbeing toolkit for artists and organisations working with older adults in care settings. The role supports the project led by Associate Professor Jean Liu.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured literature reviews and synthesize evidence into practical programme design, implementation and evaluation frameworks.
- Review and map local case studies and existing arts‑and‑health toolkits onto identified frameworks.
- Conduct and summarise online interviews with up to 20 artists and other stakeholders.
- Draft and refine clear, reader‑friendly toolkit content for artists and arts organisations.
- Coordinate project inputs, oversee project management across organisations, and support preparation of the evaluation report.
Required profile
- Research Fellow: PhD in psychology, public health, or a related behavioural or social science.
- Research Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in literature review (advantageous) and strong writing skills for academic and lay audiences.
- Well‑organised with ability to manage fieldwork logistics independently.
