About the role
The National University of Singapore is seeking a Research Scientist to conduct cutting‑edge research on high‑performance antennas. The role involves designing, simulating, and testing antenna systems within an academic research environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and development of high‑performance antenna technologies.
- Design and simulate antenna and microwave circuit concepts.
- Perform measurements using vector network analyzers and validate simulation results.
- Document findings and contribute to scientific publications.
Required profile
- Doctoral degree in an electromagnetic‑related field (candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis are welcome).
- Experience in antenna and microwave circuit design.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HFSS or CST for electromagnetic modeling and simulation.
- Experience using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) for measurements.
What we offer
- Contract position with a monthly salary range of SGD 5,750 – 6,500.
