Resident Bartender – Long Bar

About the role

The Resident Bartender will lead the Long Bar team, delivering world‑class cocktails and exceptional service to guests of Raffles Hotel Singapore. This role combines bar operation oversight with a focus on guest experience and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and serve classic and international cocktails in line with Raffles recipes.
• Maintain bar stock, hygiene standards and equipment checks in collaboration with engineering and housekeeping.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and uphold Raffles service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant bar experience in a similar setting.
• Passionate about cocktails and knowledgeable about spirits and beverage mixing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros, Avero, FutureLog.
• Valid Singapore National Environment Agency Basic Food Hygiene Handler certification.
