Restaurant Captain

About the role

The Restaurant Captain leads the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. You will ensure service standards, safety, and product quality are consistently met while supporting a vibrant, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Assist guests with reservations and ensure timely service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, presentation standards, and dietary requirements.
• Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and the kitchen, handling inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Serve food and beverage courses enthusiastically, record orders in the POS system, and verify guest satisfaction.
• Manage clearing, collection, and proper storage of service items.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
• Coach and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Perform any additional food‑and‑beverage duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
