Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent food quality, proper portioning, and attractive presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and help minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow food safety regulations for storage, handling, and sanitation.
