Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at Ministry of Crab Singapore. You will ensure a premium dining experience, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Ministry of Crab’s service standards through regular observations, coaching, and structured training.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and guest engagement initiatives in line with global brand guidelines.
• Lead, motivate and develop front‑of‑house staff, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and overall restaurant operations.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service and operational improvements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the venue.
• Engage with guests, address concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale dining environments, including wine service.
• Proficiency with reservation and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong hospitality leadership, excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and operational efficiency.
