About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the overall performance of multiple Japanese dining outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards. This hands‑on role is ideal for a people‑focused leader committed to long‑term growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain efficient service flow.
• Lead, train and motivate service teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Plan staff schedules, allocate manpower and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Maintain food quality, service standards and hygiene regulations consistently.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, cost control and waste management.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and senior management to improve operational processes.
• Be present on the floor during service periods to support the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the food & beverage sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of service operations and cost‑control principles.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays with a long‑term growth mindset.
