About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow.
- Motivate front‑of‑house staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
- Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and overall restaurant hygiene.
- Document procedures, create guidelines, and report operational or staffing issues to management.
- Carry out any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar leadership role within food & beverage.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
