Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a front‑of‑house team, maintain standards, and support sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to guarantee efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, train and coach the service team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and food hygiene standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, report inventory needs and manage cash handling during opening/closing.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑maintained restaurant environment.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within hospitality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
