Retail Associate – Customer-Facing Sales Role

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the shop floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products.
• Provide professional service while supporting upselling and cross‑selling efforts.
• Contribute towards store sales targets as part of the team.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer‑oriented and comfortable engaging with shoppers.
• Able to work retail shifts based on roster.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer‑facing roles is an advantage.

What we offer

• Basic salary from SGD 2,200 – 2,400 per month.
• Team‑based monthly commission averaging SGD 300 – 500 (up to SGD 700 – 800 during peak periods).
