About the role

Join The Planet Traveller as a Retail Associate and be the front‑line ambassador for our stores. You will support daily store operations, ensure a welcoming environment for customers, and help drive sales through excellent service.

Key responsibilities

Maintain merchandise displays, conduct stock inventory, and keep the store tidy.
Greet customers, respond to enquiries, and identify their needs.
Assist with ordering and replenishing stock on the shop floor.
Perform cashier duties, calculate totals, and process cash or card payments.
Support broader sales and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Sales‑oriented and service‑driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team player with a pleasant personality.
