Retail Associate – The Wallet Shop

About the role
Join The Wallet Shop as a Retail Associate and become the front‑line ambassador for our store. You will support daily operations, engage with customers, and help maintain an attractive shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with merchandise display, stock inventory, and store upkeep.
- Greet customers, answer enquiries, and provide personalized service.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit payments accurately.
- Replenish shelves, order new stock, and ensure product availability.
- Support broader sales and operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Sales‑ and service‑driven attitude with strong communication skills.
- Team player who enjoys interacting with customers.
- Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
