Retail Merchandising Executive

About the role

The Retail Merchandising Executive will drive business growth and financial returns for assigned accounts and brands. You will be responsible for sourcing, buying, and merchandising goods, while ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing slow‑moving stock.

Key responsibilities

• Source, purchase and merchandise products for designated accounts.
• Negotiate front‑ and back‑margin terms with suppliers.
• Maintain and update product content in online stores.
• Develop commercial strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce slow‑moving items.
• Identify process improvements and innovative merchandising opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to exceed goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in business development, account management, merchandising or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Highly motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of ownership and results.
