Retail Operations Excellence Executive (VIE) – SEAO

About the role

Join Cartier’s SEAO Regional Commercial & Business Development team in Singapore as a Retail Operations Excellence Executive (VIE). You will lead the deployment of retail excellence projects and support the rollout of new retail tools across SEAO markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retail excellence project rollouts, acting as the main liaison between international, regional, and local teams.
• Support the design, implementation, and adoption of new retail tools, rituals, and ways of working.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to commercial leaders.
• Partner with local boutiques and office teams to review and improve commercial operations practices.
• Serve as the regional expert for retail processes, ensuring consistent quality across all touchpoints.
• Deliver user training, onboarding, and knowledge‑sharing sessions for Retail Operations, Commercial Performance Managers, and boutique staff.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects, data gathering, presentation preparation, and logistical coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or retail operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
