About the role

Join LOCOMOTIVE SPORTS PTE. LTD. as a Retail Sales Associate, working across stores islandwide in Singapore. This full‑time, entry‑level position offers the chance to drive sales, engage customers and develop retail expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily store sales by proactively engaging customers and providing personalised styling advice.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Manage visual merchandising, including product displays, window arrangements, and overall store presentation.
• Handle stock receiving, shelving, inventory counting, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules as required by store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or sportswear brands.
• Proficiency in Chinese is essential for daily customer interactions; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong sales acumen, service‑oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or valid Work Pass holders are welcome to apply.
