Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our Feng Shui shop in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand our unique consultation services and guiding them to the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Explain Feng Shui, BaZi, Qi Men Dun Jia and related consultation services clearly.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Process retail sales transactions accurately and manage cashier duties efficiently.
• Support daily shop operations, including stock replenishment and maintaining an appealing showroom display.

Required profile

• Experience in Feng Shui consultancy or retail sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers positively.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Training will be provided.
