About the role

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead our store teams across Singapore, ensuring excellent customer engagement and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers and provide support throughout their shopping experience.
Identify and optimise sales opportunities to meet targets.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and replenish stock as needed.
Assist with regular stock takes and inventory management.
Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store tidy.

Required profile

Minimum O‑Level education.
1–2 years of retail experience (preferred).
Pleasant disposition with a strong customer‑service orientation.
Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
