Retail Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead our store teams across Singapore, ensuring excellent customer engagement and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide support throughout their shopping experience.
• Identify and optimise sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist with regular stock takes and inventory management.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store tidy.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Level education.
• 1–2 years of retail experience (preferred).
• Pleasant disposition with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
