Revenue Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Revenue Manager to lead the revenue management strategy for Ibis Singapore Novena, a 241‑room economy hotel managed by Accor Asia Pacific. The role focuses on maximizing profitability through pricing, forecasting and close collaboration with senior management and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue, pricing and inventory strategies aligned with hotel business objectives.
• Support annual budgeting and create yearly rate strategies for different market segments.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and lead regular revenue performance meetings.
• Monitor rates, availability and restrictions across distribution channels to optimise inventory utilisation.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Produce detailed revenue, benchmarking and performance reports for commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to target new business opportunities and market segments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel products, rates, promotions and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• Experience in revenue management, reservations, e‑commerce, sales or related hotel commercial functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills to engage cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work proactively and stay organised in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems.
• Familiarity with property management systems.
