About the role
Join our Guest Service team as a Room Service Server at a premier property in Marina Bay. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering food and beverage service with professionalism and a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, deliver orders, and clear trays in guest rooms.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and service carts.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
- Present a polished uniform and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
