Safety Coordinator

About the role

The Safety Coordinator will ensure that all occupational safety standards are met across our island‑wide projects in Singapore. You will work closely with site teams and contractors to create a safe working environment and uphold the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement applicable Singapore WSH regulations, company policies and compliance matters related to occupational safety.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations and safety documentation.
• Conduct regular safety briefings for workers on site.
• Monitor and maintain safe working conditions throughout the workplace.
• Identify hazards, perform risk assessments and recommend improvement measures.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or higher.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• Hands‑on experience managing contractor safety.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
