About the role
The Safety Coordinator will ensure a safe working environment by identifying hazards, enforcing regulations, and supporting the occupier in implementing practical safety measures.
Key responsibilities
- Identify unsafe conditions or acts on the work site and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Liaise with various departments on safety and health matters.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations, reporting, and recommend preventive measures.
- Deliver training, meetings, briefings, and safety time‑outs to the workforce.
- Monitor and follow up on submission of SHE documents and performance.
Required profile
- Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B or other relevant safety certificates.
- At least 3 years of experience in high‑rise building or LTA projects.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotating shifts, 6‑day work week.
