Sales Account Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships for Envista’s Nobel Biocare portfolio across Singapore. Working closely with distributors, channel partners and internal teams, the role focuses on acquiring new accounts, converting competitor business and increasing market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert competitor accounts and untapped opportunities to generate new business.
• Achieve sales revenue targets and budgets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand product portfolio penetration across key customer segments.
• Negotiate new and existing customer agreements, including renewals and implementations.
• Collaborate with distributors and channel partners on joint sales activities and opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at customer accounts.
• Conduct customer business reviews to proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams (Clinical, Commercial Excellence, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide product, clinical and technical support to channel partners and customers, including training and issue resolution.
• Participate in trade shows and sales events to generate leads and enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of achievement‑oriented sales experience, preferably in dental implants, dentistry, medical devices or a related industry.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
