Sales Admin Assistant – Manufacturing (Woodland Area)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our manufacturing sales team in the Woodland Area. The role involves handling end‑to‑end order processing, quotations and invoicing while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations and generate invoices.
• Respond to customer calls, emails, enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists and inventory data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems for data management.
