Sales Associate - Institutional Clients

About the role

Swissquote, a Swiss leader in online banking serving more than 650,000 clients across 3 million capital market products, works mainly with institutional partners such as multi-family offices, external asset managers and funds. It is looking for a Sales Associate reporting to the Head of Sales to support its private wealth management business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the account opening process for end-clients of institutional partners, reviewing documentation and preparing KYC packs for Compliance
• Support Relationship Managers and the team in day-to-day client interactions and inquiries
• Act as a point of contact for clients, giving timely and accurate information and supporting sales administration
• Support all Sales team members so that internal service levels and client satisfaction remain high
• Keep client records and documentation compliant with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading and Risk to keep business running smoothly
• Help improve systems and tools in internal project boards and suggest improvements to business objectives and processes
• Carry out other administrative and support tasks assigned by department heads

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
• 1 to 3 years of private banking or private wealth management experience
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the private wealth management space

• Effective verbal and written communication in multiple languages, including English and Mandarin Chinese
• Attention to detail, accuracy and compliance awareness

• Organizational skills and good communication with all stakeholders
