Sales Associate – Retail (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our furniture retail team across Singapore. This entry‑level position involves delivering excellent customer service, promoting our product range and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers, addressing their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
• Promote furniture items and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, including stock handling and visual merchandising.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and uphold store presentation standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Passionate about retail and customer service, self‑driven and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work six days a week, including shifts on public holidays, with a 44‑hour work week and flexibility for overtime.
• Open to candidates with or without prior retail experience.
