About the role

As a Sales Consultant for BMW at Performance Motors Limited, you will guide customers through a seamless buying journey, leveraging deep product knowledge and professional service standards. You will act as the primary point of contact from initial interest to post‑delivery follow‑up, ensuring compliance with LTA guidelines and delivering a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge, including competitor models and market trends.
• Analyse pricing strategies, promotional offers, and new model launches to advise customers effectively.
• Provide accurate advice on financing and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to post‑delivery follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and care to build trust and loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of retail continental car sales experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Proficient in using digital tools and comfortable adopting new technologies.
• Skilled in creating and engaging with content on social media platforms.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented with a proven strong sales track record.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, service‑oriented approach.
