Sales Consultant – Domestic Helper Placement (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to join our maid agency team on a work‑from‑home basis. You will help families find suitable domestic helpers, manage compliance paperwork, and build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client enquiries independently through local connections and referrals.
• Conduct client needs assessments and match families with appropriate domestic helpers.
• Host interviews between employers and helpers, addressing concerns and facilitating confident placement decisions.
• Manage and verify all agency and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Follow up with clients post‑placement to support smooth transitions and encourage referrals.
• Negotiate terms with clients and helpers, applying quick thinking to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide excellent service and build trust.

Required profile

• Hold an active CEI or KAH certification as mandated for domestic helper placement agents.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
