Sales Coordinator – Online Print Shop

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our online print shop, Onedayprint, based in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers ordering stickers, cards and other printed materials, handling enquiries entirely via email.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by email to understand their printing needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Review, edit and retouch digital artwork files to ensure print‑ready quality.
• Assist the production team with job preparation and monitor order progress.
• Create custom designs for internal projects and client requests using design software.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent written English for clear email communication.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to learn about e‑commerce and printing processes.
• Relevant ITE or Diploma qualification.
• Preferably residing near the office location.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
