Sales Coordinator – Semiconductor/Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customers in Singapore. You will act as the main point of contact for order processing, customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring a seamless experience from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate order and shipment status updates, risk advice and recommendations to customers and senior management.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure on‑time order fulfilment and resolve any issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams and senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including customer reports and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales support, order fulfilment or a similar role.
• Experience in machinery, equipment or technical service industries is an advantage.
• Willingness to work after office hours for urgent customer support when required.

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,500 – 4,000.
• One‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Full‑time onsite role (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) at Ang Mo Kio Techplace.
