Sales Development Representative (Hybrid) – Singapore

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact with prospective customers for NinjaOne’s IT management platform. Working from a hybrid office in Singapore, you will research, reach out to and qualify leads through cold calls, emails and social networking, with the goal of scheduling product demos for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new qualified leads and build a personal pipeline.
• Identify, connect with, qualify, sort and track prospects using a structured approach.
• Meet and exceed daily activity targets such as cold‑call volume and email outreach.
• Conduct consultative phone conversations, clearly articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
• Log all activities and maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions and emerging customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet minimum call‑volume or talk‑time targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time independently.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to convey the benefits of IT management software.
• Coachable attitude, solid work ethic and positive mindset.
