Sales Director – Asia

About the role

PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the Asia region. Based in Singapore, you will drive new client acquisition, manage high‑value prospects, and contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the market‑research technology space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key business stakeholders at target clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage both strategic and transactional sales activities, including creating tailored client projects and responding to queries.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance the client onboarding experience.
• Forecast, track, and report key account metrics while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain timely, accurate forecasts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and become an expert on PureSpectrum’s full suite of offerings.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of sales experience in market research, insights, or a closely related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, close, and manage enterprise‑level accounts.
• Strong organizational, strategic, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
