About the role
The Sales Director for Water & Beverage will lead the planning, promotion, and sales execution of the company's mineral water portfolio in Singapore. You will drive business growth by shaping strategy, managing operations, and building a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy.
- Oversee business‑line operations, set sales targets, allocate resources, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Establish market benchmarks, organise brand‑building activities, and manage channel development to increase market share.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team while continuously improving processes and incentive programmes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a provincial‑level Sales Director role or equivalent, with strong knowledge of market dynamics.
- Experience in the mineral water or broader beverage industry is preferred.
