About the role

Vertical Institute is Singapore's leading AI and technology training provider, helping enterprises and government agencies upskill their workforce for an AI‑driven economy. The Corporate Solutions Consultant will advise senior decision‑makers on workforce transformation and sell tailored learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with C‑suite, L&D and HR leaders to assess capability gaps and design customised learning proposals.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and contract closure—while maintaining an accurate pipeline and meeting revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B solution selling, consultative sales, business development or client advisory roles.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle and engage senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
• Strong commercial acumen, self‑motivation and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
