Sales Enablement Specialist – Onboarding

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to support the efficient onboarding of our sales team in the APAC region. You’ll equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to provide outstanding value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live facilitation of onboarding programmes for large cohorts of new sales hires across specialisations and regions.
• Conduct dynamic training sessions and workshops to ensure sales reps are proficient and confident.
• Collaborate with onboarding partners and sales leadership to run live sessions, AI‑driven sessions, buddy programmes, and manager assessments.
• Ensure the first four weeks of onboarding are world‑class.
• Act as liaison between Revolut Business and new hires.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a fast‑paced B2B or tech environment.
• Outstanding live facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners in a remote‑first setting.
• Coaching mindset that turns feedback into a force multiplier and creates a safe space for learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex product and sales topics.
• Project management skills to coordinate complex projects across stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and methodologies, applied to a remote‑first sales organisation.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration, such as Sana.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
