Sales Engineer for ACMV Equipment

About the role

The Sales Engineer will support the ACM‑C (Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) department by promoting cooling towers, pumps and related systems to commercial and industrial clients. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and the engineering team, ensuring solutions meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and service existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and activities.
• Respond to sales enquiries, provide technical support and handle site‑related matters.
• Visit customer workplaces to present solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor customer payments and perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience selling ACMV equipment, preferably cooling towers.
• Proven track record in new sales development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, energetic, customer‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Class 3 driving licence.
