Sales Engineer – Inspection Devices (Training Provided)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and support advanced inspection, testing and measurement solutions across Singapore’s western region. The role combines technical field service with customer‑facing sales activities, and full training on our product portfolio will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, perform preventive maintenance and repair industrial inspection and testing equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and deliver technical troubleshooting support both on‑site and in‑house.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and provide application support to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare service reports, calibration records, maintenance documentation and technical reports.
• Coordinate with overseas principals and internal teams on warranty claims, technical support and service activities.
• Provide after‑sales support, including equipment servicing, customer training and technical consultation.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure equipment performance complies with operational, quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, technical support or maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Experience with inspection, measurement, testing or instrumentation equipment is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
