Sales Executive – Flooring Solutions

About the role

The Floor Gallery is seeking a driven Sales Executive to promote our tailored flooring solutions to both B2B and B2C clients. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding customers from inquiry through project completion while ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in, phone and message enquiries to understand flooring needs.
• Proactively cold‑call and identify new B2B opportunities.
• Convert conversations into customised flooring proposals that close sales.
• Manage client relationships from first contact to project hand‑over.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Perform hands‑on, outdoor tasks as required to support project execution.

Required profile

• Independent team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• Committed, eager to learn and able to work irregular hours.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Class 3 driving licence is a plus.

What we offer

• Basic salary with commission and performance bonus.
• Working hours 10 am – 7 pm.
• Alternate 5‑day & 6‑day work weeks (1 day off first week, 2 days off second week).
