Sales Executive – HVAC Solutions

About the role

Aircond Network Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Executive to join its growing team in Singapore’s HVAC industry. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver HVAC solutions across commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial building sector.
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions.
• Review client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and participate in tender preparation and submission.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident dealing with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Results‑oriented with good commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in ChatGPT or equivalent AI tools.
