About the role
The Sales Executive will drive revenue for the Sensors & Instruments (Industrial) department by developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with prospects and existing customers, and representing the product portfolio at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets.
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the sales process using designated software tools.
- Build and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
- Participate in regular sales team meetings and provide updated sales reports.
- Deliver product and service demonstrations to customers.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry meet‑ups to generate new business opportunities.
- Collect market feedback to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
- Seek new prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve results and achieve sales targets.
Required profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with frequent customer interaction and public presentations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
