Sales Executive – Industrial Sensors & Instruments

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for the Sensors & Instruments (Industrial) department by developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with prospects and existing customers, and representing the product portfolio at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental targets.
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage the sales process using designated software tools.
• Build and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
• Participate in regular sales team meetings and provide updated sales reports.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations to customers.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry meet‑ups to generate new business opportunities.
• Collect market feedback to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
• Seek new prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve results and achieve sales targets.
