Sales Executive – On Trade (Beer)

About the role

Heineken is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage the on‑trade channel, driving volume growth and strengthening relationships with bars, restaurants and other outlets. Working closely with the Area Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales plans that align with Heineken’s EverGreen growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan for the assigned on‑trade district in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Negotiate business terms, volume incentives and trade initiatives while monitoring cost and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to deliver advertising and promotion activities that communicate Heineken’s value proposition.
• Prepare and present business plans, review performance with outlet owners on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Monitor and support promotion agents, ensuring effective execution of BTL activities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints and market intelligence, proposing counter‑measures where needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation of sales activities and generate regular reports.
• Execute brand strategy in outlets, ensuring product availability, affordability and visibility (PICOS).
